Sweat and Tonic  –  Sweat and Tonic review. This sleek, high-energy studio is more than just a place to practice yoga, it’s a full-service wellness destination, complete with luxe lounges, grab-and-go snacks, and a robust schedule of fitness offerings. Sassy dropped into the Hot Power Flow at the flagship Yonge & Shuter location, and it delivered a fast-paced, high-heat challenge best suited for experienced yogis.

While the class was invigorating, hands-on guidance was minimal and some newcomers appeared overwhelmed, so beginners may want to start elsewhere. If you thrive on arm balances, intensity, and a serious sweat, you’ll feel right at home here. With a second location on Front Street, this studio blends boutique luxury with bold energy and definitely built for the burn.
