Philosophy Fitness – St. Clair W  – This gym is a true neighbourhood gem offering a ton of class options and personal training.  Sassy popped into Sweat with instructor Bishop on a friend’s recommendation, and it did not disappoint. The room was dark, lit with fluorescent vibes, and set up in HIIT style stations. It was my first time at the studio, so I felt a tad awkward with some of the moves, but Bishop gave great tips and the regulars were super helpful.

The workout was hard, fast, and seriously fun. Bonus points for the killer playlist. The post-class energy lingered long after leaving, that satisfying mix of exhaustion and accomplishment only a great sweat can deliver. I think this facility offers a great variety of classes and work out so need to check out more soon!
