Intensity & Challenge Verdict

A consistently strong Hot Flow. It’s a great challenge for those looking to level up their practice, but beginners should start with the mellow ZEN series.
Flowy and intentional. The transitions move smoothly, allowing you to get lost in the movement
Light background music
Clean, spacious, and functional. With 4 showers and a ton of locker space
Impressive and airy. This studio can fit 60+ people but rarely feels crowded.
First time at Blue Canoe St. Clair West? Expect a very warm welcome!

BLUE CANOE – lue Canoe St. Clair West is a retro, old-school sanctuary that evolved from the Moksha and Modo days. It’s a nice change from the smaller boutique studios—this place is massive and can fit 75 yogis! I dropped into a midday class and found plenty of room to move. While the heat is bearable, the flows can get advanced, so come prepared to work. Pro Tip: If you’re looking for an easier entry point, the ZEN series is your best bet.

The  change room has a ton of spare with lockers, 4 showers and a couple toilets.  Parking was fine midday as a TON of Green P along the street but I am sure during peak hours or rush hour, finding a spot could be very challenging.  I was going to ride my bike but was not sure of how safe it would be locked up outside!  But hey no where is safe right??? No risk, No reward
