Forest Hill Village Gym review. This facility is such a cool local spot with a real community vibe. I head there with a friend who trains regularly and join the Arms Bum Core class (and yes, I need help with all three). I never quite know what’s coming, but instructor Miriam keeps everyone on track through the rotating stations. Each one has two exercises, and once the set is done, you move to the next challenge.

The mix of strength and endurance hits every muscle and leaves you feeling strong, not broken. The class attracts mostly women but welcomes every shape, size, and level. It’s a tough but satisfying workout that has your arms shaking and your mood lifted. The studio sits on the third floor, with another level below for PT and other classes, and sometimes a friendly little dog stops by to say hello.
