Intensity & Challenge Verdict

Spin classes are intense and sweaty…that is the point right?
Legs are moving, wheels are spinning but you can do at your own pace
Music is loud and EDM is on the deck – they also have mashes of different artists some days
Change at home kind of place but clean and neat
30 bikes all together – you will feel the vibe of other students without being overwhelming
Justine was so welcoming and nice, can’t say much more than a cozy, friendly local studio

Rise Cycle Liberty Village Review – After heading to the wrong address on my first attempt (oops), I finally made it to Rise Cycle’s Liberty Village location for a proper spin session. Justine, the studio’s founder, was leading the class, and the energy in the room was undeniable, pumping music, moving legs, and a few participant milestones celebrated along the way.

The workout itself lands solidly in intense territory, and with 30 bikes in the room you’ll find your own pace without ever feeling overwhelmed. The loud EDM soundtrack (complete with the occasional mashup) keeps the energy high throughout. The space itself is more no-frills than luxe, clean and tidy, just don’t expect the extras, so plan to shower at home. Parking’s easy though, thanks to a huge Green P lot just a block away, and first-timers get a genuinely warm welcome from Justine herself! A warm local studio that makes you feel like family.
