Sliving Studio Review. I found this local midtown studio on Eglinton Ave E for a last-minute weekend reformer class. Located in an older office building, Sliving Studio is a small, humble space with a very easy, no-fuss vibe, nothing fancy, just the workout you need.

My a.m. class was full, but the team still made time for a machine tour for the three newcomers. It caters beautifully to all levels, so it’s a perfect spot to drop in whether you’re a pro or just starting out. They also have locations in North York and Scarborough if you’re ever outside the Midtown bubble.
