Ultimate Athletics –  Rosedale-Moore Park – Sassy returned to Ultimate Athletics for round two, this time for a weekend reformer Pilates class—and it was well worth it. The class was led by a skilled and attentive instructor who struck the right balance between challenge and support. A few newcomers joined the session, but they were guided confidently and safely throughout. The studio itself was clean, organized, and welcoming. While the music stayed mellow, the workout delivered a satisfying burn without tipping into stress zone territory. Pro tip: weekday classes fill up fast, so book ahead if you’re aiming for a post-work sweat. Hope you enjoyed this Ultimate Athletics Pilates review and more reviews to come!
