Studio Lagree classes are always a challenge
The Lagree method is famous for its slow and controlled burn but the intensity here is truly next level.
The audio vibe is high energy and perfectly synced to the transitions on the machine.
New clean studio but a change at home kind of place
18 reformers but middle ones have the best view in the class
Nice welcome from the staff!!

Studio Lagree  Review , the non-Pilates, Pilates. This brand new studio opened up in Don Mills Shopping is the latest studio from the Studio Lagree Group. The studio is clean, red (as the studios are) and lots of lobby seating if you arrive early. These are not the new Mega-Reformers but the traditional Lagree machines but all brand spanking new!

Come early to get a tour of the machines if you are new to Lagree method and check out this details in this Studio Lagree Don Mills Review. You need sticky socks, some hydration and a great attitude. Jeffery was on fire as usual and his tunes got us through the hard effort. d
